OCS, or Ohio Certified Stains, was formed by a group of Holmes County small business owners who saw the need for a better way to manage stain colors. It provides guaranteed stain matches among different craftsmen. All of our finishes are top-coated with a post-catalyzed conversion varnish, which is the most durable finish available for use on fine hardwoods.
